I read every onboarding book worth reading.
Donna Webber's "Onboarding Matters," Ramli John's "EUREKA," Wes Bush's "Product-Led Onboarding," Samuel Hulick's "The Elements of User Onboarding.", and many more.
Plus the behavioral psychology, game mechanics, and activation science behind all of it.
Then I fed all of it into Claude and distilled it into this: one master class that covers everything, in plain language, without the jargon, explained so anyone on your team can pick it up and run with it.
I also keep it updated. Books go stale the day they're printed. This doesn't.
